Sector momentum shows the relationship between stock price changes and EPS revisions across industry sectors.
Where do I find it?
Sector momentum views are available in the Sector Momentum menu (Sectors interface).
What can I do with it?
Sector momentum allows you to easily compare the momentum across industry sectors.
What do I need to know?
Two views are available:
- the first view, related to the current momentum, features a chart showing the relationship between the EPS change and the stock price change for companies belonging to either the STOXX Europe 600 or the S&P 500 index grouped by industry sector;
- the second view, related to the historical momentum, shows three historical charts for the selected industry sector vs. the index.
