The 3-page factsheet is only available in high-end subscription packages (Analyst, Premium).
If you are not entitled to the 3-page factsheet, the Factsheet Type setting is not visible in My Settings.
Click the My Subscription link under My Account to view your subscription package (in the dialog box header).
