Navigating the web interface

Modified on Mon, 10 Aug, 2020 at 4:33 PM

When you log in to Infront Analytics, the web interface appears, with the Companies mode enabled by default. The Companies mode is active when a company is selected.

Companies

The Companies interface has the following sections:

  • Top navigation bar: the large dark blue bar located at the top of each page; it contains a search area to select a new company and several buttons allowing you to switch to another mode or access information about your account; the current mode is highlighted in light blue.
  • Page header: the area under the top navigation bar showing details about the selected company.
  • Menu bar: the blue menu bar displayed below the company page header; here you find menu options to open all product views available for a company.
  • Selected view: the section of the page where most of the content is displayed; it depends on the menu option chosen.

My Lists

When you connect for the first time, no personal company lists are available, this is why the My Lists view is empty.

You can create a new list from scratch using the Create New List link. Lists built using Screener or Peer Tracker will appear here once created.

Sectors

The Sectors interface includes various views related to industry sectors and market indices. In this module, ratios are calculated and/or presented on an aggregate level for relative analysis across countries, sectors, and indices.

Screener

The Screener interface allows you to filter the database according to a set of bespoke criteria. It is useful for a variety of purposes, such as finding the best investment opportunities, or company peers in a specific business sector.

My Account

The My Account dropdown menu in the top navigation bar gives you access to details about your Infinancials account and web settings.
