How do I cancel my subscription?

Accounts with an expiration date do not need to be cancelled.

For auto-renew plans, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions of your subscription agreement by contacting your account manager.

Please note that if your subscription was purchased through a third party, you must contact that third party.
