How do I change my password?

Not all Infront Analytics users are allowed to change their password:

• if you have to enter your account credentials to log in to the Infront Analytics platform, then you are likely to be able to change your password;
• if you connect to the Infront Analytics platform seamlessly from a terminal or an intranet, then you may not be able to change your password.

To change your password:

1. Click the My Subscription link under My Account.
2. Click the Change Password button. Your password cannot be changed if the button is not clickable.
3. Enter your current and new password as prompted, and click Save.
