Not all Infront Analytics users are allowed to change their password:
- if you have to enter your account credentials to log in to the Infront Analytics platform, then you are likely to be able to change your password;
- if you connect to the Infront Analytics platform seamlessly from a terminal or an intranet, then you may not be able to change your password.
To change your password:
- Click the My Subscription link under My Account.
- Click the Change Password button. Your password cannot be changed if the button is not clickable.
- Enter your current and new password as prompted, and click Save.
