Why I cannot change the password for my account?

If the Change Password button is not clickable in the My Subscription dialog box, then it means that you are not allowed to change your account password. In that case, you are likely to connect to the Infront Analytics platform seamlessly from a terminal or an intranet, and your password cannot be changed for security reasons.
