Why am I asked to enter my email address?

Access to the Infront Analytics Help Center is restricted to sign-in users. However, you do not need to manually sign in, you are seamlessly connected to the Help Center upon successful authentication.

Users who can submit support tickets from the Help Center are authenticated using their email address. In that case, the email is mandatory. If left blank in My Subscription, you will be prompted to enter your email, as well as your first name and last name, before accessing the Help Center.
