Not all companies covered on the Infront Analytics platform have earnings estimates, only about a quarter of them do due to the lack of contributing brokers.
You can confirm whether estimates are available for your company checking the Consensus Estimates view (Companies interface). When a consensus is available for a fiscal year, note that it may happen that some consensus items are missing.
When no estimates are available for a company or some items are not contributed, all dependent analytics such as forward multiples will be unavailable and displayed as N/A.
